Every time I turn around there is something new to learn. I’ve been scratching my head a lot on how to get some recognition going. Searchable. A friend of mine did a google search and said I wasn’t coming up in a Google search at all! So I went down that rabbit hole today 🤣🤣 And it was a deeeeeep rabbit hole. But that’s ok. All things that need to be done if I’m ever going to be found on Google, right? So here we go.
What I figured out today. In order to be searchable, you have to submit your website to Google. I found an AWESOME YouTube video on how to do it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7baFljzpa10. In case this link doesn’t work later, the channel is called “WPBeginner – WordPress Tutorials., How To Submit your Website to Search Engines-Google and Bing. Now, in all honesty this process may be a little different for you, depending on who you used to set up your website. I chose WordPress and web builder Elementor, because it seemed to be the most universally compatible with what I’m wanting to do, teaching as I go, and sales in the Surface Pattern Design industry.
